Our Story
Founded in 2008, Spectrum Submeter has grown from a small local operation to one of Arizona's leading providers of utility submetering solutions. What began as a vision to help property owners better manage their utility costs has evolved into a comprehensive service offering that includes water, gas, and electric submetering, as well as utility billing services.
Our founder, with over 20 years of experience in property management, recognized the challenges that multi-tenant properties faced with utility management. The lack of transparency, inefficient billing processes, and water conservation concerns led to the creation of Spectrum Submeter.
